DEFRA Type 1 authorisation allows us to have pets in the vehicle for up to 8 hours.

Ensuring Pet Safety

& Comfort

Our vehicle has a secure cage fitted with vet bedding for your pet's comfort.

Our vehicle has dark tinted windows to keep the vehicle cool in warm weather.

Electric fans are fitted to the transport cage in warm weather.  

Our transport cage has monitored temperature control with alert. 

Regular breaks for your pet to stretch their legs.

Live Location Tracking

When transporting pets we share our location so that you can track the progress of the journey.

We also send text updates with our expected time of arrival.

Terms & Conditions

Please fully read the following prior to booking and attending appointments.

Vaccinations / Worming / Fleas & Ticks:

Dogs must be up date with vaccinations and worming treatment and must be free of fleas and ticks.  Puppies must have had at least their first vaccination.

Health:

All animals must be completely healthy on the day of transportation, if we find on arrival that a dog / cat is unwell then we have the right to cancel the transport and reschedule when the dog / cat is well. An additional charge will be made for the cancelled journey. 

Time Keeping:

Please ensure that the dog / puppy is ready for travel at the time we have arranged to collect the dog / puppy. We reserve the right to charge an additional cost if we arrive to collect the dog / puppy and it is not ready and our departure time is delayed.

Staff's Safety:

We reserve the right to muzzle your dog if it represents a danger to any person. If your dog should bite, the owner agrees to be responsible for any and all related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage. Any dog that shows aggression to people will not be accepted for transport.  Please let us know beforehand if your dog has behavioural problems.

Payments:

Payment should be made at the time of booking. We can accept payment by cash or card.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Photographs:

Your dog may be photographed before and during transportation.  Photographs may be used on our website, social media or other printed materials. If you do not want photos of your dog to be used on social media then please let us know at the time of collection.
